Ladies and Gentlemen:
Please do the right thing for the United States by restoring the rule to the unified agenda that requires publicly traded businesses ( sometimes foreign-owned) to disclose how they distribute political funds.
Otherwise, the SEC will be joining the dizzying number of governmental agencies and branches that seem determined to transfer a once thriving United States into a helpless third-word country.
With deepest regret that our nation is becoming the project of the corporate highest bidder.
