As an investor and as a consumer it is very important to me to know how a company is using my investment or dollars I have earned which I choose to use to purchase their goods and services.

It is especially important for me to know if a company is using my investment dollars for political advocacy that opposes improvements that are important to me.

Therefore, please consider rules to increase the transparency regarding how corporate funds are used for political advocacy.  This is especially important in light of Citizens United.  I may think that I am buying cell phone service or toilet paper and instead learn that I am supporting the re-election of someone who opposes regulation of toxins in my environment, for example.

Thank you for considering my comment.
