Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

There is no constitutional right to trade on the Exchange. So you can set whatever requirements you want within reason. And not allowing the trading members to use the shareholder's money for political purposes is consistent with your enabling legislation. You can't reach corporations that are not publicly traded, but those shareholders probably have some control over management.

Your attention is appreciated.

Douglas W. Kammer esq.

Sincerely,

Douglas Kammer
