Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

February 11, 2013

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

As a shareholder and a citizen, I strongly favor disclosure by publicly owned entities of their spending on campaigns and lobbying. Its a simple measure of accountability and transparency. Too often have publicly held companies become the de facto property of their executive elite, not even responsive to shareholder votes. At minimum, the amount and nature of political spending should be disclosed.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Kenneth Baum
