Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

It's long past time to end secret political spending by corporations, especially PUBLICLY traded corporations. Surely shareholders in publicly traded corporations should have the information regarding corporate political donations. Of course the inside political pressure to keep the "status quo", vis-a-vis the cloak of darkness, will be enormous. However the corrosive & overt effect of unlimited corporate money on our democracy is all too apparent. So I would urge the SEC to do its job & require publicly traded corporations to disclose their political spending.

Sincerely,

Lisbeth Caccese
