Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

February 4, 2013

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

The stunning Citizens United ruling has undercut our democratic elections process. Corporations need to be required to disclose both direct and intermediary political donations. In order to cast a more informed vote, American citizens need this rule.

Congress has shown that it will not pass disclosure rules because of self-interest in order to get elected.

We urge the SEC to use its power to enact disclosure requirements for publicly traded companies. The SEC can restore democratic principles to our election process.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Alicelia and Robert Warren

Sincerely,

Robert and Alicelia Warren
