Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

Money has profoundly corrupted and degraded the democratic process, and the ideals on which America was founded. The Supreme Court's incomprehensible decision in the "Citizens United" case greatly exacerbated the improper role of money, corporate influence, and secret donations -- all of which takes elections away from ordinary citizens.

It's long past time to end secret spending and corporate influence on elections. Be on the right side of history! Take a step to protect this great democracy. History books will remember and celebrate your action.

So I strongly support the SEC issuing a rule in the near future that would require publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their spending on political activities.

Thank you for considering my comment.
