Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:
The corporate spending without disclosure in the 2012 election was one of the most terrifying electoral experience of my life (I'm 76).
That a few extremely wealthy businesses can pour enormous amounts of money into election contests is so un-American. Our country was founded to prevent the takeover of our government by the few.
If this situation is allowed to continue, we will soon become a 21st Century version of the Middle Ages where the King of a region controlled the entire financial existance of the population. He could do as he wished to anyone he wished.
We must not let such sad foolish people take over America. Please do all you can to bring transparency back to political donations from business.
