If my $50.00 donation to a candidate is required to be recorded (source of the funds, etc.) and available for any individual or group, any logic should be handled the same way of a $1,000,000 donation, whether it be an individual, a group/club, a corporation or any other possibility.
The current situation definitely does not pass the sniff test.
