Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

When people in power want to keep things secret, that is a major alarm signal, a clear indication that they cannot be trusted. At some level, they are actually ashamed at what they are doing.

Ultimately, this secrecy concerning corporate political activity serves to undermine confidence in the integrity of our economy, for unfortunately good reasons.
