Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

I am writing to urge the SEC to issue a rule requiring publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their political spending.

Both shareholders and the public must be fully informed as to how much the corporation spends on politics and which candidates are being promoted or attacked. Disclosures should be posted promptly on the SEC's web site.

MY Rights Are violated if I spend MY hard earned money with a company and that company supports candidates whom I perceive as harming or at least not supporting my beliefs. I have discovered that a place I had been shopping was using MY MONEY to support a candidate who specifically damaged another company I had stock in causing its value to drop significantly. I was horrified that I had unknowing had a part into own downfall. WE CITIZENS HAVE A RIGHT to know where our money is going

Thank you for considering my comment.
