Securities and Exchange Commission

Dear Commission,

As any historian can tell you the Supreme Court's record is a mixed one. Often naive or biased decisions have severely burdened the American experiment in democracy. The recent Citizens United case is merely another example. Aside from amendments or another case, the only other alternatives lie with the other branches of government. I therefore ask you the regulatory agency charged with maintaining openness in such transactions to due your duty. Our democracy depends on your service now.

Sincerely,

David Zandstra
