There is absolutely no reason for the public to remain ignorant of the contributions of corporations to political parties and candidates.  Individual citizens' contributions are available and reported on the internet so what justifies corporate contribution secrecy?!  The fact is that under the Cits U decision, corporations with vastly greater resources than individuals can effectively buy representation; this must not be done in secret.  If the interests of the people and the interests of companies supported by the population are at variance, the people should be able to understand that.
Government must not operate in the dark nor should electoral politics be allowed to.
