The managers of corporations are employees of the stockholders. I expect my employees to tell me how they are spending my money. I would not willingly allow them to refuse to do so and would assume they were up to no good if they did refuse.
The management arguments against disclosure are not worthy of serious consideration. They are ludicrous.
If the SEC caves on this, I will lose all respect for it.
