Subject: File No. 4-637

To the F.C.C. Commissioners:
Please allow me to add my support to proposed rule #4-637, to require publicly traded corporations to disclose to shareholders all of their political donations.
In the interest of fairness to shareholders, we should be able to determine if the corporations we invest in are spending  money in a manner consistent with our views. If we disagree with a corporations political spending we are free to disinvest. However, the current situation makes it impossible to determine such spending. essentially, corporations today have the ability to "launder" political spending via special interest groups; I use the term launder deliberately, as in an attempt to deceive. Such deception has no place in the conduct of publicly traded companies.
I urge the commissioners to adopt this rule.
Thank you,
Mark Reynolds
