Corporations and organizations that spend money on politicians' campaigns should have the expenditure and named individual or organization listed in their reports both to the public and the SEC. It should be considered deliberate misrepresentation to hide these facts from investors, shareholders, and the public. EVERY expenditure affects the bottom line and the boards of directors have the duty to disclose all material expenditures.
