Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

February 1, 2013

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

I would like to see all political contributions disclosed, not only the names of the corporations, but also the names of the individuals who approve of such spending.

The public deserves to know who is influencing our government.

So I strongly support the SEC issuing a rule in the near future that would require publicly traded corporations to publicly disclose all their spending on political activities.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Thomas Glanzman
