Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

February 5, 2013

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

As a logical consequence of letting corporations exercise their free speech rights, it is only fair that they inform the public and their shareholders of their political contributions.

I strongly support the SEC issuing a rule that would require publicly traded corporations to disclose all their spending on political activities.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

John Schweitzer
