Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

February 5, 2013

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

Stockholder-owned corporations owe their owners (as well as potential owners) easy access to complete information on their political spending of corporate funds, in all its guises. They owe citizens at large ready means for identifying and evaluating the fruit of that spending. The SEC should use effectively what its authority enables it to do, to ensure compliance by such corporations with those obligations.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Jack Norman
