Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

Dear Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

I firmly support the freedom of speech that the constitution affords us as individuals and as corporations. It is unconstitutional to limit or intimidate corporations by forcing the disclosures offered in the current legislation/rule change. This president has already usurped too much power as is indicated by the recent ruling by the course regarding his appointment of NRLB members while Congress was "Out of Session".

Also, this seems to be outside the jurisdiction of the SEC. Stick to the job your office has been chartered to do - and by the way -you could certainly do a better job of accomplishing the charter for which you are designed. You have business issuing these rule except as a political move designed to intimidate corporations.

Regards, Howard Hoge

Sincerely,

Howard Hoge
