Securities and Exchange Comm.
Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,
If shareholders truly own part of a company by investing in it, then it is reasonable that they are entitled to information regarding expenditures of the company, including political donations. I invest my money carefully and choose not to buy shares in some companies because of their lobbying and political activities. The SEC should act now to require that all publicly-held companies disclose their political spending.
Thank you for your consideration.
I
Sincerely,
Jenise Porter
