Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,
There is a consensus that many agencies who are charged with regulating and overseeing private and corporate behavior, are either lax or totally negligent in performing their duties. To ensure the SEC is NOT one of those agencies, I urge the SEC to QUICKLY put in place tough enforceable rules that deal with immediate disclosure for ALL political contributions, made either thru direct donations, PAC's or any other form of monetary or in kind contribution and that they be FULLY disclosed to the public.
