Securities and Exchange Comm.

Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,

Dear SEC,
Plese approve rules requirig public disclosure of political spending by publicly held companies,
The SEC has responsiability to inform investors of how the company spends money for political purposes. It will provide information so investors may make sound decisions about where they may wish to invest.
Too much soft money is being funneled in to our elections, to provide secret and unacountable help to candidates. I urge the SEC to approve rules to provde this infomation publicly available. thank You

Sincerely,

Ruby C Rempe
