Subject: Comment on File Number 4-637

Dear members of the Securities and Exchange Commission:

As a "little guy" near the bottom of the financial rung in the US I am utterly disgusted by how much influence Businesses have in Government. Businesses do not accurately represent the american people yet they are able to manipulate so much in politics that they can literally create opinions out of thin air.

The flow of money into campaigns prevents anyone who is opposed to corporate objectives such as drilling, higher responsibility with waste, food labeling from running against a corporate sponsored elected official without multi-million dollar companies running smear campaigns.

If we did like one comedian said and labeled politicians like we sticker nascars who wouldn't be covered in stickers?

Sincerely,

Jeremy Babson
