Securities and Exchange Comm.

Dear Securities and Exchange Comm.,

SEC,

The Supreme Court's Citizens United decision has completely turned government over to the power of money. If you don't have enough money to out bid corporations and the wealthy then you don't get any representation in government at any level. Before the Citizens United decision wealthy people and businesses were able to find ways around the existing campaign finance laws. Now, the flood gates and the barriers have been removed.

As it turns out we did not really have to worry about a military take over of our government. The monied interests were able to buy it. The Constitution was reduced to a simple financial transaction and the end result was that the vast majority of Americans lost what little say we had in government.

I'm asking the SEC to somehow limit the amount of money influencing our elections by requiring full disclosure of the amounts of money contributed to political campaigns and the identities of the donors.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,

Louis Fuchs
