The Securities and Exchange Commission

Dear Securities and Exchange Commission,

It is necessary for the Securities and Exchange Commission to require publicly-traded corporations to disclose all political spending if we are to have a functional democracy.
Recent events, specifically the unleashing of super- PACs, are showing how dangerous the spending of unreported millions on political campaigns can be. Transparency is essential for the public, and for corporate shareholders, to know where monies are being applied and in advancement of what entities.

Sincerely,

Hank Saxe
