To Whom It May Concern:

I was very pleased to receive a call from the SEC concerning my Circuit Breaker question. Thank you.

The Stock Market was begun to securitizing business. Now it is algorithms, computers and profit skimmers. The fundamentals of a company are becoming irrelevant. The future is completely uncertain. The market is dishonest and in jeopardy.

Suggestions:
1. Limit the number of short sales to a set % of the stock available.
2. Provide steaming data of short sales just as long sales are reported.

Even mutual funds must now get involved in this dangerous, dishonest trading.

Reporting short sales after 2 weeks is worthless. We need immediate streaming data of short sales. It is available from every brokerage since they must not short sell more than they have.

Thanks for listening.
