Sadly the computer age and lack of enforcement has turned Wall Street into a Casino where the American Public unwittingly invest their hard earned dollars, only to realize too late that the deck has been stacked. Failure to deliver on short trades is destroying America Wealth and turning us into a third world country. It is far more serious than anyone can imaging. Bringing the short seller into the light of day will be the beginning of reform, but much work needs to follow. Please save the public from this scourge and institute this reform.
