With 38 years of experience I have always advocated proper regulation and ethics of our industry. However, it reaches a point where too much duplication of regulation and oversight can create more problems than they solve. I'm a sole practioner with a part time employee. The additonal costs involved will be borne by me. Please rethink these additional requirements on the small practioner.
