Subject: SEC fiduciary proposal 4-606

August 2, 2010

I believe the SEC is imposing a misguided fiduciary standard on a Registered Representative. The Financial and Insurance carriers with whom we choose to do business adhere to strict suitability standards and requirements that must be documented before providing solutions for our clients. This strict suitability test performed by private corporations is far more credible and informed than that of the SEC's. Please leave this control in the hands of each company and do not impose further fiduciary standards governed by the SEC.

Thank you,
