We are being regulated enough I have to do on going continuing education every year in order to keep my licenses up to date. I have a series 6, 63 and 65 licenses. What more is going to be done? What we don't need is more government jobs being created This will just end of costing the consumer more money. They will either need to make uninformed decisions because they don't want to pay what it costs to use an advisor or they will have to pay more money for that advise. Ultimatly the consumer will be hurt.
