IF the congress wants to get involved in my life they should involve me in the discussion. I really dislike not knowing how legislation is going to affect me and my clients. Please reconsider you making mandatory my fiduciary responsibilities as a registered Rep. unil you get me info regarding how this will affect our business. Within the last 6 months you have legislated healthcare for agents and we do not know the impact of your legislation. It's probably going to cost me income. Now this market reform deal will also probably cost me my living relating to securities. We really had nothing to do with the economic meltdown of 2008. The governments legislative efforts seem to be targeting my business from 2 different angles. Please do not legislate me out of business. Tom Dunn
