I am speaking out against further regulation of registered rep's, I have been serving my customers and clients for over 30 years, I have always applied the "Golden Rule", whether I serve a owner of a busniess or a rank and file employee.....Where was the SEC or the Broker Dealers when Bernie Madoff bilked the people of America of $65BILLION
First get your house in order, in 10 lifetimes I would not rain such destruction on America's small investors as you have allowed Mr Madoff to do....the SEC has let America down....do you job, enforce the laws we currently have, before start adding more.
