-I am a Registered Represenative with State Farm VP management Corporation. I have held a series 6 and 63 Securities license since 1991. I believe the current regulation and compliance reqirements are enough. The addition of the fiduciary responsibility requirement is not needed. the customer's deserve the option to choose who and how they deal with their investment options. the fiduciary standand will force a "fee based" system upon the public and will limit their options. consumers can use a fee based advisor now, or choose a registered rep like myself. Their choice. Don't limit their options.
