I want to express my concern in regard to additional regulation as a Broker Dealer. My B/D does an outstanding job of monitoring their Registered Representatives. We report monthly all of our activities as it relates to our representing ourselves to the public. We report all sales as well as all incoming and outgoing correspondence. We are required to complete training each year to meet education requirements as well as compliance issues. We are required to report all outside business activity directly to them. We spend a substancial amount of time and energy to meet these standards. To impose addtional requirements upon us a registed representatives would amount to a duplication of those things which we are allready doing. This would result in addtional cost to us and our B/D's. We are doing our very best to serve our clients needs. I don't matter how many layers you put in the system there are always going to be a few bad apples who find a way to do wrong by others. Please don't regulate us out of Business.
