Brokers, dealers and advisers need all be fiduciaries in a perfect world. I will let brokers off the hook but not the other two. A broker is merely a salesman and the buyer needs to do diligence.
The other two are big boys and need to set a positive example for the little guys. They should have fiduciary responsibility as should CEOs and Treasurers.
