I fully support Financial Services Institue's views on this matter. Having my own small firm, I have a full time employee that's primary job is to make sure that all form are completed and compliant. If this passed, I will have to hire a second empoloyee to handle the work load. I know many smaller producers that do not have an assistant and they are going to stop selling securites if this passes.
