This is bad legislation, which is unwarranted and creates additional costs and regulation that is redundant to suitability standards that are already onerous. The last thing we need is another layer that makes it more expensive for us to do business and creates a bigger bureacracy that we CANNOT afford. We are the ones that have to live with and fund all of your largesse. Please kill this bill
