Our industry is already doing a great job of regulation as far as suitability. Please DO NOT enforce the financial and legal responsibility of the ever changing market conditions upon the droker dealer and reg. reps. If you want everyone to stop investing and being shown the investing opportunites - NO free market will exist.... The surrent suitability standards and application paperwork simply WORK....
