Please consider your decision on the possible addition of regulations for registered representatives. We are under extreme regulations already, and additional requirements will only cause to hinder the service our clients deserve.
Our Broker Dealers are required to regulate us before problems could occur. Any regulation after the fact does not seem to protect the clients as well as the current requirements .
