I strongly disagree with your proposals to hamper free trade and make doing business more difficult. Especially for persons in small offices, the present regulations are extremely burdensome. Besides the present requirements and guidelines from the State of Idaho and FINRA and the SEC, State Farm Mangement review and require compliance and suitability for our clients now. In all my years of participating, I have had no complaints and with the guidance of the Company, we intend on doing what is right for the clinets and what is compliant. There is no need for more 'needless' restrictions Thank you. Steve Roberts
