As a Registered Representative of Park Avenes Securities and a Life Insurance Agent for Guardian Life Insurance, I have dutifully served my client' for 16 years and have had a very positive impact on both them and their families lives. I strongly urge you reconsider the fiduciary responsibilty changes you are considering. I give my lower and middle income client's full service with no fees and always watch out for their best interests. New legislation will only make me charge fees and increase costs of consumers. Also, many lower and middle income clients will not be served since they cannot afford fees. I spend many hours dealing with compliance, licensing, studying not to mention the fees associated with all these expenses. Adding more cumbersome regulations will hinder my ability to help my client's. I strongly urge you to not make proposed adjustments. Thank you for letting me air my concerns. God Bless, John Cammarano
