Support for SEC Rule Making Petition File No. 4-605
Dear Ms. Murphy,
I am writing in strong support of the proposed SEC rule in Petition File No. 4-605.
The rule would make it easier for many small businesses to raise capital without prohibitive costs and filing requirements necessary under current regulations.
The proposal contains safeguards for investors by limited the amount invested and the total the offerer may raise.
The measure would help neighborhoods and communities rebuild and reconstruct their local economies in ways that are sustainable and within reach of those who may otherwise be dissuaded or unable to raise the necessary funds to start or expand a business venture.
I very strongly support File #4-605, and ask the SEC move quickly to enact the measure.
