There follows my comments in regards to the petition for rulemaking change #4-605.
To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing in favor of the "crowd-funding" exemption described in change #4-605. This is an important step in the evolution of the rules that regulate how money may be raised for entrepreneurial efforts, and one that will help re-vitalize American inventors, small-businesses, and innovators.
