Sir- I support the adoption of file 4-557 NIPC Rule Petition- Customer Account Rule. I am an individual investor and I have observed first hand the exaggerated number of shares produced in several of my company's stock total by naked short selling. This is unfair to all legitimate investors, who have actually invested money into these companies. I urge that you adopt this rule and make the playing field level and fair. I also urge that you help to make sure that the value of a company can not be manipulated at will by naked shorts, who are stealing the profits that I have earned by due diligence and time of support.
