I urge support of NIPC petition, Customer Support Rule. I am a retiree who has watched her retirement account systematically looted and decimated by manipulators. I know that their manipulations are illegal. I know that the SEC has the responsibility to control these kinds of actions. It appears, however, that the SEC has turned a blind eye to the wrongdoers possibly because they are the "big guys" and the investors are the "little guys". However, the reason the SEC was created was to protect the "little guys" from corrupt "big guys". Please take the necessary action to make this happen. The Customer Support Rule is a beginning.
