To whom it may concern,
Regarding any actions by the SEC which claims to be in the interest of investors. I am highly suspicious of the motives of the SEC. I do not have the time to research this particular action but I am very familiar with the NSS issue where the SEC claims to be acting in the interest of investors. It is my opinion that the SEC is an unchecked government organization which is doing nothing significant in my best interest. Please stop any and all further changes to the system until congressional oversight can be established.
