I am a financial advisor with may clients and multiple millions of assets invested by clients. The 12b-1 fees allow me to continue to service my clients in a manner that they are entitled to. For a small annual fee, I am able to deliver the service my clients have come to appreciate.

Many advisors utilize Class A shares as a way of investing their client's money in an economical manner - rather than charging upwards of 1.50% annually as so often is done by money managers. The .25% 12b-1 fee is far more in the clients best financial interest. Never once have I heard a client say otherwise.

I urge you to leave the existing 12b-1 fees as they are. Thank you.
