Reference 12B-1 fees File#4-538
My clients want and expect service often the time involved can be lengthy. We need to be compensated so we are able to give time to service the telephone calls we receive. I am perfectly comfortable with my cliental knowing I get compensated for my work and service and the I receive a 12 B-1 fee; As it;s only fair. Otherwise, we would have to charge a fee.
