Dear Ms Secretary, Just a short note to say that I am in favor of keeping the 12 (b) 1 fees as it is just a small amount to help us keep from charging clients additional fees for our continued service. It is just public pressure from the no-load companies and press that has brought this to light to further hinder a commission or even fee structure. Put your efforts to better enforcement of the wrongful sales of (b) and (c) shares. gratefully, stan webb |
